If for any reason we’re not a good fit, you will be refunded in full for your Initial Consultation.

Important Facts:

  • All sessions (both the Initial Consultation and ongoing Tutoring Sessions) are held via Zoom. 
  • Each session is 45 minutes and costs $75. 
  • A Google Doc will be shared with you to track progress after each session.
  • Please note our Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy:
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your appointment 48 hours in advance before the scheduled session via Acuity without incurring a fee. To make a cancellation after the 48-hour window, you must notify via email (tess@latin-ff.com) or via phone/text (602-341-3699). Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will incur a cancellation fee of $37.50 (half rate). Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a cancellation fee of $75 (full rate).
  • Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule an appointment, you can do so within Acuity if it is more than 48 hours before the scheduled session. If it is within the 48 hours prior to the session, please review the above cancellation procedure.
  • No-Show: If you fail to attend a scheduled appointment, you will be charged the full session fee ($75).
